We are seeking a highly service orientated professional to join our Vocational Education and Training Group to be responsible for driving high standards of service to industry partners and stakeholders (internally and externally).

As the Coordinator, Vocational Training Partnerships, you will be responsbible for:
  • the management of quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and contractual arrangements for vocational partnerships;
  • the implementation of processes and systems relating to partnerships, including contractual arrangements and approvals, operational issues and monitoring of quality performance; and
  • maintaining strong working relationships with the partners and across VET departments and the organisation to achieve strategic outcomes.

About you
You will need to demonstrate the following:
  • Relevant qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • A sound understanding of University policies in relation to VE quality and policy and knowledge of relevant Government regulations and their implications for the University.
  • Demonstrated significant experience in the Vocational Education sector in quality and compliance areas with a particularly focus on ASQA Standards and third party arrangements
  • High-level interpersonal skills, particularly as they relate to the ability to work in a team and the maintenance of relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders with tact, maturity and appreciation of sensitive issues.
