We are now inviting applications for an engaging and driven Catering & Events Manager. In this diverse role, you will be responsible for leading a small team to create memorable guest experiences through planning and coordinating events from small scale to large scale. This role requires a high standard of attention to detail, flexibility, exceptional communication skills and a professional can-do attitude. This is your chance to work with a supportive team and be part of opening Australia’s first Luxury Collection Hotel with what will be the leading Luxury conferencing and events program in Tasmania.
This is a Full Time position that will require the successful candidate to work a flexible roster to ensure that events are planned and coordinated appropriately, with the team providing 7-day coverage of the events office.
