We are looking for a Customer & Strategy Manager for Chemist Warehouse (CWH) to join our Customer Development Team located in Sydney Australia.
Management of the operational interface with CWH to deliver CWH specific tactical solutions on ranging, pricing, merchandising, promotions and in store activation
Full accountability of P&L to build and execute a business plan with financial integrity and sustainability for both Unilever and CWH
Influence Strategic Direction for Category Development with the Customer
Influence Strategic Directions by bringing the Customer’s voice into the Unilever business
Responsible for the operational co-ordination & delivery of all categories
Assist the Customer Business Manager with terms and joint business plan negotiations
Partner with Global Health & Beauty team to better integrate initiatives and implement best practices into the country
Manage the relationship with the third-party field force to ensure compliance and execution of innovation and activation plans
What you will bring:
Relevant experience in customer and category management preferably in an FMCG environment.
Strong P&L management and trade financial skills
Experience in shopper and consumer insights, ideally for similar accounts (CWH)
Proven track record in project management, creation and optimizing sales promo, and people management skills
