About the Role

This role is a combination of reception and administration. With the most important part of this role is you will be the heart of amaysim and a brand advocate.

Duties will include:

  • Answer all incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments and take messages where necessary.
  • Meet and greet guests and customers, inform relevant staff members immediately of their arrival.
  • Receive and book local, interstate, and international couriers.
  • Sort and distribute mail, and collate outgoing mail for collection, keeping a record of each department’s mail costs
  • Maintain the reception area, meeting rooms and kitchens ensure that they are tidy and presentable.
  • Management of meeting rooms & bookings in MS Outlook calendars
  • Organise catering and refreshments for meetings and support corporate events where required.
  • Assist and provide support to staff members with general office duties.
  • Maintain and order stationery & kitchen consumables when required.
  • Expense reimbursements in concur including submitted monthly amex reports for staff members.
  • Assist with setup of new starters.
  • Assist EA with company travel bookings including flights, accommodation, and transfers, organise company events where required.
  • Some previous diary management experience preferred, not essential.
  • Assist with SIM card mailouts.
