Your role :

Following an internal promotion, we are looking for a highly driven and motivated Senior Brand Manager in Oncology to join our team.

Join our innovative and transformational Commercial team and take an active part into the future of our ANZ company.

This is an exciting time to focus on Oncology within our business as we enter a period of strong growth due to several launches and a solid pipeline of products in the future years. In alignment with our Business Unit Director - Oncology you will drive the strategic marketing direction for a key launch brand across several indications in the rare cancer space with a strong desire to help improve patient care.

You will drive and lead the development, implementation and execution of operational plans that optimise sales target and market share in consultation with the Oncology Business Unit Director and liase with our Alliance partners to ensure collaboration and success.

In this role you will build effective relationships with cross-functional team members, particularly Medical, MAP, and RA leads to enable robust launch planning. In addition, you will work closely with relevant Regional and Global colleagues to enable robust launch planning .

Who you are

  • Tertiary qualifications Marketing/Business/Sciences
  • Completion of Medicines Australia modules desirable
  • Minimum 3-5 years demonstrated marketing experience in a product management capacity including product launches
  • Significant Forecasting and P&L management essential
  • Experience with market access and PBS negotiations preferable
  • Experience with omnichannel marketing initiatives and implementation highly desirable
  • Experience with patient support program implementation and management desirable
  • Oncology or rare disease experience desirable
  • 5-10 years' experience within Pharmaceutical industry essential
  • Computer literate, skills in Microsoft Office; including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
