An exciting opportunity has come up for a Brand Marketing Manager to join Knight Frank Australia to provide marketing and communications expertise to our Professional services business lines and teams to develop marketing initiatives in line with their respective strategies and the Australian business objectives.
This diverse role requires a marketing professional, adept in all elements of the marketing mix to drive and deliver service line strategy with the overarching objective of building the brand profile of the firm, harnessing and promoting our global resource and local full-service capability.
Collaborate with Service Line Heads to develop & implement a marketing strategy
Develop initiatives across each client journey to drive brand awareness, engagement, consideration, and loyalty to the offering
Developing and executing a Weekly Marketing Plan across various channels
Ensure all touchpoints (e.g. website, capability statements, social media etc) are up to date and reflect accurate information
Manage the launch of significant global publications including liaising with PR and Research to determine launch approach
Brief and manage content projects with Creative Services team as required
Manage & execute large brand events and assist and support smaller brand events
Liaise with media buying agency to deliver bespoke marketing campaign recommendations for assets and or service lines (as required)
Who we are looking for?
Minimum 3 years' experience in Marketing
Tertiary qualified in the Marketing/Communications/Business discipline
Highly proficient across all marketing channels
Competent across digital tools, trends and technologies including but not limited to SEM, SEO, marketing automation (highly regarded).
Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Exceptional organisational skills and a demonstrated ability to work under pressure
Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a high use of initiative & creativity
Strong business acumen
Positive, optimistic and enthusiastic attitude
High proficiency Microsoft Office suite
Financial / budget management skills
