You will be working closely with the Director of Commercial as part of the Global Supplier Relations team . Exceptional customer service and an ability to communicate, both in writing and verbally, with people at different levels, both internally and externally is essential. We work flexibly to accommodate our suppliers, meaning on occasion there could be requirements ‘outside of office hours’.
As Strategic Supplier Relations Manager you will need to have previous experience working in hotel procurement or sales. There are some tools we’d like you to have experience of, but a determined attitude and willingness to learn, are equally important
This is a full-time (35 hours a week) role based in our Los Angeles offices. Since March 2020 we have operated a flexible, hybrid approach to working and will continue to do this moving forward. We will work with you to find the best mix of office and home working that suits your life and the needs of the team.
You will report into the Commercial Director (US) who is also based in LA. There are regional Supplier Relations teams based in the UK and Australia.
