Given this growth, we are looking for a Salesforce Administrator - 10 month contract to uplift our CRM capabilities and ensure that our teams are getting the best possible use out of Salesforce. Visionaries, we want you!
This role is based in our brand new Sydney CBD offices, with the option to work from home up to 3 days per week.
Configure, maintain and improve of our core CRM platform as the Salesforce champion at Class
Make it as easy as possible for users of any technical ability to use Salesforce.com
Train all new and existing users in order to set them up for success
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and then tailor Salesforce for these unique needs
Stay updated on the platform’s new features and reporting capabilities
Manage reports, dashboards, and workflows
Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
Manage data feeds and other integrations
Work closely with our development team to establish streamlined processes
What you'll need:
2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator role
The ability to build/ custom objects, formula fields, workflows, triggers, custom views, reports, dashboards, and other content of intermediate complexity in Salesforce Lightning
A strong data management skillset
Excellent communication skills
A working knowledge of Marketing Automation platforms (i.e. Hubspot and Marketo)
