The Opportunity
We are hiring interns to join our team in 2022! The Digital Media Marketing Specialist will support procedures, ensure standards are being measured and correctly met across media channels and campaigns. Working with key business and media agency contacts you will support multiple projects and help improve current and implement new processes. Further to these core responsibilities you will lead the development and implementation of a key market’s digital measurement and operational framework. You will report into the Head of Digital and work closely with the Digital Media Operations Manager.
Support processes to ensure the accuracy of digital media executions that deliver against business KPIs
Work closely with the DMe Marketing Operations team to manage cross business processes for media budget and Run the Business reporting
Manage budget processes and reporting including providing summaries of monthly pacing, billing, and reconciliation
Partner closely with media planning and media activation leads to ensure optimal cross functional communication
Business review preparation
Ad operations – local channels, tagging, cGEN
Budget planning and operations
Finances: Transfers, POs, budget trackers etc.
Media agency coordination – SOWs, etc
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a marketing or business degree and will be completing your final year in a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in 2022
Able to work a minimum of 4 days per week for six months
Understanding of digital media, email marketing, marketing tactics, operational process, and enabling technologies
Detail-oriented communicator
Self-motivated, high-capacity individual who can function and win in a demanding, performance-driven environment.
Intellectual curiosity and interest in digital marketing
Project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships
This includes support for the Windows PC fleet, end user applications (eg: Microsoft Office, Google Chrome, etc), and administration of user access to illionâ¦
