We now have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, produce and execute the digital marketing content for social media, websites, email and experiential campaigns. Focusing on B2B and B2G target audiences, you will take on a broad role which offers a mix of planning and delivery.
This is an exciting new opportunity to build our digital strategy from the ground up and bring it to life to grow the organisations visibility and sales.
Develop, own and implement our social marketing strategy and campaigns
Develop journeys to enhance customer experience and target our audience throughout the customer lifecycle (inbound, onboarding, engagement/upsell) leveraging marketing automation (currently using Autopilot)
Select and drive an agency to establish a highly targeted and measurable digital advertising presence (SEO/SEM)
Own and implement digital campaigns and assets end-to-end and be fully autonomous in developing content, both visual and written
Contribute to grow the website content including blogs, creating and improving landing pages, running split-tests to deliver optimal results in line with your digital marketing strategy
Testing new ideas to drive growth, both by acquiring new customers and retaining existing customers
Monitor and measure metrics including traffic, engagement and conversions related to digital marketing activities
Assist in the launch of new products and major campaign, owning the digital activities
Supporting other areas of marketing and communications as required, including webinars, events and sales support
Contribute to marketing processes, reporting and budget
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
A degree in communications, marketing, business or related discipline
A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role on client side or from an agency environment
Passionate about generating business growth, you are innovative and love to implement strategies, continually testing and measuring to increase performance
Sound understanding of digital analytics including SEO and SEM
Proven experience creating and developing effective email and marketing automation campaigns
Excellent InDesign, Photoshop or Illustrator skills, you can create your own visual content
Strong analytical skills and critical thinking, you will make data-driven decisions
This role is suited to someone with high energy, strong organisational and communications skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
