Come and join the Just Group in our Online Customer Service team! We have 7 exciting brands – Peter Alexander, Smiggle, Portmans, Just Jeans, Dotti, Jay Jays & Jacqui E. We are looking for customer service superstars with flexible availability to respond to customer enquiries over the email, live chat & phone. We have multiple casual positions available to support the increased online traffic and provide support as we look towards the busy Christmas period. Our Call Centres are open from 7am – 9pm from Monday to Sunday, and we can offer shifts for up to 38 hours per week! This role is 100% working from home. ABOUT YOU:
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal
  • Solid track record in providing exceptional customer service, this could be in retail, call centres, hospitality or similar
  • Demonstrated knowledge of online shopping
  • Ability to problem solve and multi-task
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Must have access to good internet connection from home
