Job Description
-We are looking for a highly motivated human resources graduate to join our 2022 graduate development programme. Commencing on your two-year development journey, your first placement will be in Dawson Mine. Whilst based at the site operation, you will gain exposure to the full HR generalist function, including workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management. You will develop key working relationships with our operational teams and drive best practice within the HR function. For this placement you will need to demonstrate exceptional time management, a customer service orientation and a keen interest in the resources sector.
