Customer Care Specialist – Direct Banking
We’re on the lookout for Customer Care Specialists who genuinely care about having real, meaningful conversations with our customers and will always go above and beyond when it matters most.
Do work that matters
You’ll be the friendly voice our customers hear when they contact the Retail Bank on a broad range of everyday banking enquiries. You’ll leave a lasting impression on your customers by providing friendly, personal and efficient service.
You’re empathetic and, by walking in the customer’s shoes, you’ll ask the right questions to understand what they really need. You’ll do your very best to resolve all enquiries on the first call and you’ll achieve this by building and maintaining an extensive knowledge of our products and processes.
We currently have multiple full-time positions available in our weekday shift. The shift is Tues, Wed, Sat 9:30am - 6:15pm, Thurs, Fri 9:30am - 5:15pm FLEX and your training would consist of 7 weeks of induction, Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:21pm, in person.
The Customer Care Specialist position has been designed so you can successfully perform your role in the comfort of your own home. All you need is a designated work area, and a connection to the internet, then leave the rest to us!
Please note, while this is a working from home role, you will be required to work from our office one day per fortnight.
We’ll guide you through training and inductions, workstation setup, self-assessment and e-learning modules to help you adapt to working from home. We’ll also schedule regular in-office days to ensure you can stay engaged and connected with your team.
