Business Development Manager – Fintech Solutions / Multi-Channel Payments
  • Global Fintech experiencing hypergrowth

$120-130k+SUPER + $240-260k OTE uncapped

The Role:
  • Unique solution which enables businesses to collect payments across multiple channels
  • Full supported role with lead generation and marketing support
  • Partnerships with Xero drives significant inbound opportunities.
  • The solutions solve several significant problems for mid-market and large businesses and have a great “fan-base” in their user-groups.
  • Deal Sizes range from $10k-$200k (ACV)
  • You’ll be responsible for the entire sales process and given the support that you need to thrive
  • The culture is very mature and they will give you the flexibility to make the role your own.

The Person:

You’ll need to have software sales experience ideally from a SaaS vendor. Being a hunter is of paramount importance and you’ll need to be somebody who makes things happen.
Being a young business in Australia, there is a lot going on; you’ll need to be a robust individual who can get their head down and work hard. The sales process will involve engaging with multiple client stakeholders and creating a compelling proposition. In many cases the client won’t have budget and you’ll need to understand how to create the need and sell on ROI.
