About the Role

  • Responsible for the daily operational activities related to all aspects of the Outpatient Clinical Environment
  • Accurately view records and retrieve information from Queensland Health and office systems
  • Ensure patient focused customer service to interact and negotiate successfully with members of the public.
  • Achieve work targets with limited supervision and contribute to team goals in an ever-changing environment.
  • Progress procedural guidelines within scope of the position to increase efficiency
