Account Executive – Customer Success SaaS Solutions

On Offer:
  • $60-70k Base Salary + Super + $130k uncapped OTE

The Business:

The core focus of this hyper-growth vendor is to turn ‘support’ into ‘profit’. Their solutions automate support calls, use machine learning to create amazing customer journeys and intelligently predict new sales opportunities.

The Role:

This is an ‘inbound-only’ role where you’ll be focused on qualifying, nurturing and closing high value ecommerce clients.

  • Working with Australia’s best known ecommerce merchants
  • Delivering high quality sales pitches to senior ecommerce execs
  • Engaging virtual teams across support, presales and consulting to ensure a great customer success
  • Short-medium sales cycles with plenty of scope for ‘quick wins’
  • You’ll be part of a small, growing and close-knit ANZ sales team
  • Add value to the overall atmosphere and culture of the business
