About the role

Provides a broad range of applicant, tenancy and property management services and advice to clients, advocates and other stakeholders.

This role will provide you an opportunity to:

  • work in the social housing sector of NSW
  • provide vital services and support to help resolve accommodation needs for vulnerable clients and their families.
  • engage and work with key stakeholders to provide improved outcomes for clients
  • work with a strong, high performing team

About you

In addition to meeting the essential requirements, the successful candidate will have the following:

  • Ability to work independently and manage your own work. Including working both independently and within a team environment.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • A commitment to a culture of team work, excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Client service skills with an empathic approach to clients.
  • A strong commitment to customer service.
