The Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) is the lead agency under the Stronger Communities Cluster. DCJ works to enable everyone's right to access justice and help for families through early intervention and inclusion, with benefits for the whole community. About the role


Provides a broad range of applicant, tenancy and property management services and advice to clients, advocates and other stakeholders.


This role will provide you an opportunity to:


  • work in the social housing sector of NSW
  • provide vital services and support to help resolve accommodation needs for vulnerable clients and their families.
  • engage and work with key stakeholders to provide improved outcomes for clients
  • work with a strong, high performing team

About you


In addition to meeting the essential requirements, the successful candidate will have the following:


  • Ability to work independently and manage your own work. Including working both independently and within a team environment.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • A commitment to a culture of team work, excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Client service skills with an empathic approach to clients.
  • A strong commitment to customer service.
