Description:

As a Systems Analyst you will be responsible for the setup, maintenance and distribution of laptops to Planit employees. Additionally you will service, maintain and assist in the upgrade/installation and general day to day of the many systems that we use, as well as assist the Global teams with any IT, Systems and Administration queries that they have. Working alongside the Systems Engineer based in New Zealand, and level 2 support team in Australia and New Zealand, you will be responsible for all that is IT within Planit Software Testing. This is a stand-alone role based in Manila, PH and you must be prepared to work by yourself, supported by a remote team based in Australia and New Zealand. This is a 6-month fixed-term role, with opportunity to extend. We require someone immediately available.

Responsibilities:

- This role will be responsible for providing 1st level support, via our support portal and help desk system; this includes email, remote and phone support. - Managing tickets, reports and day to day documentation on our environments and key infrastructure - On-site delivery, deployment and support of technical infrastructure solutions across multiple sites, both onsite and remotely. - Setup, maintenance and distribution of laptops - Use of your excellent problem solving and Time Management skills - Stake holder liaison, communication & documentation

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

This Part-Time role is two days per week and is required on site in Sydney.
