The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Services Officer to support our Back Office department and deliver first class solutions to our clients. The role will assist with the daily management of the client account/s ensuring SLAs and met and effectively maintained as well as provide administrative support and perform analysis work as required. Reporting directly into the General Manager – Customer and Client Services, you will use your specialist operational knowledge and problem solving skills to provide prompt resolution to client requests or issues identified from internal operational teams. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Liaise with the client services and internal operational teams on day to day matters as required.
  • Manage resolution of issues with internal departments and client incorporating appropriate documentation, reporting, follow up and communication.
  • Undertake administrative account management tasks as required e.g. writing change request responses, scheduling meetings, taking minutes, gathering detail on issues and preparing client reports.
  • Perform analysis as required to provide appropriate detail around issues in order for effective decisions to be made.
  • Ensure consistent delivery to internal and external commitments.
  • Attend meetings where required e.g. Project meetings, Internal change meetings
  • Review contractual requirements and flag any potential breaches or risks
  • Prepare and deliver change notification to the operations
  • Investigate and respond to client and stakeholder requests and complaints
What you will bring

In order to be successful you will possess:
  • Understanding of BPO environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to liaise with clients
  • Ability to work autonomously and have a proactive response to issues or requests
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks with conflict deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability in influencing positive outcomes
  • Previous experience in managing client issues / relationships
  • Basic level of commercial acumen
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A high degree of resilience
