Our Australian Marketing team has the unique end-to-end ownership of planning and execution, responsibility for local strategy, communications & innovation development for the Australian market.


We’re looking for a passionate and driven Marketer who can lead a portfolio of our iconic and well-loved Breakfast brands including our ICON Cornflakes, Just Right, and our newly launched Just Right Fusion!


This is a six-month fixed term contract role commencing as soon as possible


You will be part of our success by:

  • Full ownership and responsibility for developing and driving the consumer & shopper communication strategy and in-market execution on a portfolio of brands.
  • Translating consumer insights into new ideas and innovation to deliver growth, from concept through to execution in market, working closely with Sales & Research & Technology teams
  • Full commercial accountability of the local P&L, leading and working with cross-functional teams including other marketers, food technologist, sales and nutrition.
  • Full brand planning including execution across channel
  • Development and execution of through the line multi-brand platforms
  • Enhancing and strengthening competitive advantage through claims and execution of key assets (i.e. pack)


As well as a hunger to learn and succeed as a Brand Manager, we’re looking for a candidate with the following skills and experience:

  • Degree/Business School graduate with Marketing major
  • Experience in brand management ideally from within a blue chip FMCG organisation
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with a proven track record of and executing winning brand strategies.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience in P&L management
  • Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence others
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Energetic self-starter with drive, resilience and tenacity to succeed
