As an inbound Customer Value Specialist, you will respond to queries from our customers regarding their Personal Banking matters. This will also involve assisting them with our various digital channels including online banking and our mobile applications.

Hours & Training
We are currently recruiting for multiple part time roles. These roles will be work from home roles however, you’re your initial 5 weeks will be based in the office at our Carindale hub. There will also be an expectation that you can travel to the hub when requested.

Please note where it says start window, this means you may be rostered to start at any time within this slot and must be fully available to work 5 hours from that start time.
You will be required to attend 5 weeks full time induction & training. Monday-Friday 8.30-4.30pm. Training will be based in the Carindale hub.
