What are we looking for?
We are looking for Digital Director to work in a role that will see you play an integral part in digital strategy, innovation and campaign delivery. Your key responsibilities will be to plan and implement both direct and programmatic digital campaigns with absolute accuracy and efficiency. With a proven ability to guide clients through the role of digital in delivering brand and conversion outcomes, you will have a holistic view of media and how offline and online channels work together to deliver those outcomes.
Collaboration is a critical element of your day-to-day and you will be a proactive communicator and enjoy building successful partnerships. You will be at the centre of creating market-leading ideas for our clients and will regularly be the executional interface with media owner partners. A big part of your role will be supporting more junior members of the team, working with your managers to nurture and shape their talent and actively contributing to keeping the team energised and committed.

  • Oversee planning and campaign implementation to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and the team use best practice from a data and audience perspective
  • Maintain good relationship with the key stakeholders at the client and agency end; be the main point of contact for the digital leads at the client and partnering agencies.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with media owner and data providers - Google, Facebook, Blis etc… to make sure that the client always gets the best services and access to all innovations
  • Participate actively in client meetings (WIPS, etc…) – be an excellent presenter and have gravitas and authority
The people who will flourish at Hearts are fluent in digital, interested in using data to inform and technology platforms to enable. More specifically:

  • You'll ideally have around 5 + years' experience and have a strong knowledge of digital technology as well as the Australian media landscape.
  • You have excellent collaboration and communication skills. You're able to work effectively with both with your direct teams but also internal and external stakeholders and build meaningful relationships
  • You demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You have a naturally curious approach to work, and you challenge your client and peers when you feel it appropriate, able to articulate yourself with a clear point of view
  • You're hard working, motivated with high energy and an approachable manner
  • You will have a tenacious approach to self-learning & development.
