We’re looking for new team members to help our customers with their Daily Banking needs and to provide them with exceptional experiences.

We have multiple roles for a 17 January start date and will join our vibrant and talented Customer Specialist teams based in Tuggerah, moving to our brand new premises in Wyong early next year.

These positions are initially Full Time during an 8 week paid training and onboarding period, where you will be required to work between 8:30am – 8:30pm. You can convert to shifts that suit you, with a minimum of 3 shifts per week, including 1 weekend shift.

What will you be doing as a Customer Care Specialist?

Working within an inbound call centre for an online digital bank, you’ll be the first voice our customers hear when they call us for support. You’re going to be assisting customers with a range of different enquiries related to our Daily Banking products.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 6 months work experience in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Call Centre experience would be beneficial
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to offer a positive experience to every customer.
  • Flexibility to work to a rotating roster in a structured environment.
  • The ability to learn new technology and navigate computer systems efficiently and accurately.
  • The ability to be resilient through proven experience
