The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business. We work with the worlds largest advertisers, brands and agencies to help drive their business. We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and successful Sales Excellence & Training that has passion for helping others succeed. You have a desire to develop your skills to create sales readiness solutions for TikTok's GBS Sales organisation.
The Sales Excellence & Training Manager - AUNZ, supports the Global Business Solutions org in Australia and New Zealand. This role partners with sales and support function stakeholders to provide best in class onboarding experience and develop learning journeys to equip teams with the highest standards of sales readiness

Support the GBS culture of learning through implementation of professional development and functional skills training programs which includes development and managing a growing library of sales training content.
Cultivate deep relationships with teams and leadership across GBS to identify learning needs and propose appropriate learning solutions. Influence buy in for training strategy and curriculums
Learn core operations and objectives of teams within Global Business Solutions (GBS)
Support the development and implementation of a Sales Academy, to provide the sales organisation with the information, content, and tools to help them sell more effectively.
Develop and deliver continuing education programs targeted at functional efficiency and effectiveness
Work closely with cross-functional partners within Sales, Operations, Marketing, Product and others to support and reinforce training related to products, processes, tools and go-to market strategies in programming of learning
Focus on impact measurement via training program data collection and analysis ( e.g surveys, assessments, certification, etc.)
Work closely with international counterparts to continuously exchange and develop best practices and implement those in the region and this role would support other learning projects as needed
Minimum 7 years of experience in years of experience in sales enablement or training, ideally in tech, media or digital marketing industry
3+ years experience in training facilitation or moderation
Deep industry experience in delivering and facilitating sales trainings
Experience with online e-Learning platforms and content development
Innovative and creative
Success in designing, launching and managing the full training cycle
Experience with e-learning platforms
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
Highly collaborative spirit
Comfortable with ambiguity
A can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to "get things done"
