THE POSITION
As RATIONALE continues to deliver Luminous Skin for Life to even more Clients, we have an exciting opportunity for a State Retail Manager to lead our Flagship Locations across VIC, SA + WA. In this role you will provide consistent and impactful leadership to our Flagship Managers, to in turn drive sales and develop our high performing Teams. Reporting to the National Retail Manager, this full-time position is based in Melbourne, VIC.
