Administration Officer

  • Part Time, 0.5FTE
  • Continuing
  • Located at Melbourne (Bundoora)
  • HEO5 – $69,882 - $78,262 pro rata + 17% superannuation
  • 5 day per week role with reduced hours.
  • Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 12:30 (no lunch break)

About the position

The position will provide general administrative services supporting the operations of the School. The primary responsibilities of this position is to provide quality customer service through high level administrative support and advice to assist in the effective and efficient administration of the School.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this position, you will have:

  • A relevant degree with no experience or a diploma with two years subsequent relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and /or experience
  • An excellent understanding and demonstrated experience in customer service including high level interpersonal skills and the ability to respond to people positively, confidently and with respect
  • Ability to interpret and apply relevant and applicable policies, procedures and legislation in the day to day performance of the functions of the position.
