Your Role

TikTok's Business Marketing team work with brands of all sizes, empowering them to connect with their audiences by helping them create TikToks, not ads. This includes creative ideation, brand and events strategy, campaigns, design & production of projects related to TikTok For Business, with the ultimate goal of educating, engaging and inspiring clients to bring their brands to life on our platform.

The Marketing Specialist, Agencies will be responsible for executing on a pre-defined educational & engagement strategy tailored for our six main agency holding company groups and select creative agency partners. You will work closely with the Agency sales team, APAC Agency Training & Education Manager and broader Business Marketing team to deliver a program of work that will showcase our product, measurement and creative offerings with the aim of earning trust, driving preference and advocacy to ultimately drive business.

You will enjoy mapping out customer touch-points across; taking a hands on approach to executing end-to-end a busy calendar of communications and experiences with our agency partners. The role will encompass all areas of B2B marketing including content creation & assembly, client communications, education programs, in-person experiences and you will be responsible reporting your success back into the business.

A self-starter, you are at ease in kicking off projects, surfacing relevant insights, creating marketing content and supporting the development of thoughtful narratives that in turn drive partner value and product adoption. The program will be a mix of virtual, hybrid and in-person and has been tailored towards specific audiences and decision makers within the agency ecosystem. Ultimately, the successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of the AUNZ advertising landscape, the major holding companies and their respective agencies. You will be a jack of all trades - project manager, strategist and doer and have a genuine passion for marketing advertising and tech.

Responsibilities

1. Program lead for agency engagement across the AUNZ region working closely with APAC Agency Training & Education Manager & B2B Marketing lead to deliver on a pre-defined program of work targeted at the AUNZ agency ecosystem;
2. Project coordination and rollout of education & engagement programs within our six key holding companies and select creative agencies;
3. End-to-end execution of all supporting B2B marketing activity including content creation & assembly, client communications, localisation of existing education programs, in-person experiences and ROI reporting;
4. Work collaboratively with cross-function teams locally, regionally and globally across sales, agency education & training, business & product marketing, brand safety & trust and safety.
5. Manage all internal cross-functional communications from kick-off meetings, through ongoing communication of relevant information such as the project approach, deliverables, timing, budget and ongoing updates to the project;
6. Local vendor management to facilitate the creation and localisation of marketing assets
Qualifications

1. 4+ years of experience in the ANZ market in a similar marketing role with proven project and program management experience;
2. Experience in advertising, marketing or technology industry with a strong understanding of digital marketing landscape in AUNZ (especially across mobile, social and entertainment);
3. Exceptional organisational and project management skills with demonstrable experience delivering marketing programs alongside internal and external stakeholders;
4. Strong communicator who is adept at managing expectations of internal and external stakeholders;
5. A resilient & proactive self-starter with proven ability to manage your time effectively to deliver a high volume of work at a consistently high standard;
6. Someone who is comfortable working in a fast paced, start-up environment; embraces change & ambiguity, communicates at the speed of the platform and can pivot to new opportunities as they arise to drive advocacy & engagement within our agency ecosystem.

Bonus if...

1. Experience with the NZ market a plus but not mandatory;
2. Experience in a large global tech organisation;
3. Familiarity with video editing and graphic design tools to support a quick turnaround of simple design assets.
