Noelle Creative is on the search for several marketing and sales positions to fill and is looking for several interns in the area with the intention of hiring a long-term part time/casual position at the company after 12 weeks.
Noelle Creative is a specialist creative agency and parent company (@noelle.creative) that creates and curates ecommerce brands & coaches other creatives on how to hit a six/seven figure level of income from their home grown/hand made businesses.
We are the original owners of the popular brand Moon & Paper Co (@moonandpaperco) that has been featured in Frankie Magazine, Girlfriend Magazine and Fashion Journal and have had over 15,000 sales and hit the six figure mark in twelve months.
With upcoming brand launches and campaigns, we need more team members and more hands on deck.
We are a young, experienced and female-led team and are excited to have someone join our team who is passionate about marketing and/or sales. You will get direct training from the Creative Director/ Business Coach and senior team members to gain confidence and learn from real world experience.
ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP
You will receive excellent one-on-one mentoring throughout the entire experience and learn a new bag of tricks to add to your growing marketing and sales knowledge with a full reference given at the end of the 12 week period or a long term paid position.
The role would suit a current university/tertiary student in conjunction with their marketing or business course OR a recent graduate who is looking for their first role.
Our Internship Program is a 12 -week program (With 2 -3 Contact Hours Per Week & 4 - 6 Hours of Self-Directed Work)
You must be available:
= Total of 8 - 12 Hours Commitment for 12 Weeks
This internship is currently remote, but you will have the option to work in-office in Melbourne CBD later on in the internship depending on restrictions.
If you are enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student, we encourage you to apply. Our internship has mentorship and coaching component, and applicants do have to be based in Melbourne, as we intend to hire after the program.
We would be able to provide and liaise with education facilities for any paperwork needed to earn credits towards degrees of further education.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Currently studying or recently completed a marketing/advertising/PR/business similar tertiary qualification.
- Great writing/copy skills.
- A basic understanding of Facebook/Instagram/Pinterest/Tiktok and other social media platforms.
- A can-do attitude and a passion to learn and throw yourself into the work.
- Experience using CAD programs (Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva)
- Good eye and interest for trends, and visual communication
