Executive Assistant

Your Team:

The Customer Service Remediation function sits within the Office of the Deputy CEO, and is responsible for the successful build and delivery of one of the Bank’s major remediation programs: Customer Service Remediation (CSR) – remediating customers affected by ‘fee for no service’ issues.

Your Role:

As the Executive Assistant, you will provide 1-1 support to the Executive General Manager Customer Service Remediation.

Your responsibilities will be as follows but not limited to:

  • Provide efficient, professional delivery of administrative, secretarial and business support

  • Diary and inbox management – scheduling meetings, managing correspondence and ensuring an efficient use of time.

  • Providing superior and executive level support to the EGM – maintaining a professional approach at all times (both internally and externally) and a high level of confidentiality

  • Establish and maintain strong and effective strategic and appropriate working relationships with business partners, LT members. EA’s and other stakeholders

  • Partner closely with the Resource Management team and other stakeholders to enable efficient position management and onboarding of new employees,

  • Assist in meeting preparation, such as any packs or materials that are available for review prior to meetings.

  • Coordinating internal/external meetings with clients/stakeholders – including liaising with other EAs and arranging meeting room bookings.

  • Processing HR and IT requests.

  • Arranging events/functions/offsites/team building events (including catering where required).

  • Participation in meetings – coordinating agendas, minute taking, actions and tracking.

  • Adhere to the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct sets the standards of behaviour, actions and decisions we expect from our people.

We're interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Superior skills in Microsoft Office tools, including MS Teams conferencing.

  • Previous Executive Assistant experience.

  • The ability to manage workflow, priorities, work well under pressure and be flexible

  • High level of pragmatic professionalism – face to face, over the phone and through correspondence

  • Self-motivated individual, who displays a pro-active style, has exceptional attention to detail and an inherent desire to provide excellent customer service.
