THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. You’ll work with internal clients to deliver creative and commercial design products in line with our firm’s strategy, client content strategy, and focus on digital first.
This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your strong skills in graphic design. Day to day, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing creative design solutions aligned to our visual brand/identity

  • Graphic design, pre-print/print management and an understanding of designing for online/digital channels

  • Apply UX design expertise to the development of collateral in CEROS

  • Work closely with our outsource provider, taking care to provide art direction with a clear and detailed brief, to ensure work is completed to a high standard

  • Collaborate with the broader BD team to create emotive and compelling event collateral

  • Contribute to our range of self-service offerings on the Graphics Library/Design HubThis is a permanent, full-time role based in our Sydney Macquarie Park office. Our teams work flexibly in line with our global Agile60 guidelines.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

This role will suit a client-centric individual who is highly organised and able to think creatively under pressure.
To be successful for this role, you will have:

  • Strong eye for detail

  • Advanced user of Adobe Creative Suite (heavily in InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator).

  • Advanced user of Word and PowerPoint

  • UX expertise (experience in using CEROS would be great, but not essential)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong project management skills/ability to multi-task deadlines

  • Strong conceptual skills and attention to detail

  • Experience and knowledge of applying corporate brand guidelines

The Design team create visual communications that engage our clients and reflect our brand. They assist with the design for a range of client facing items including event materials, infographics, marketing campaign collateral, publications, as well as advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Word graphic design for strategic pitches.
