About the role Working from our National Office based in the Sydney CBD, this role provides level 1 helpdesk support to users across the organisation. You will be the first point of contact for both internal and external users to provide support for any ICT issues or problems, ensuring a high level of service is provided. You will be expected to maintain a high resolution rate, and exercise your judgement to escalate issues where required. Excellent time management skills will be essential to respond to a high volume of calls and emails daily. This is a full time, permanent opportunity to join our team. An immediate start is available for the right candidate. We are looking for a team player who delivers a high level of customer service and support. You will have previous experience as Helpdesk Officer, and a strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of applications. Previous experience with JIRA helpdesk and Citrix will be advantageous.   • Demonstrated experience providing ICT support in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey information to non-technical users
  • Proven ability to prioritise tasks and effectively manage your time
  • Tertiary qualifications in information technology or related field will be highly regarded
