Marketing and Communication (M&C) enhances the success of the University by providing a central marketing and communication service. The specialised central M&C team is responsible for the University’s core strategies and programs of work for digital marketing, corporate and internal communications, editorial content and publications, media liaison, issues management, brand and digital asset management, advertising, and VIP and corporate events.
The CRM and MA Program is a joint partnership with Information Technology Services (ITS) and M&C and aims to deliver a host of benefits to UQ through the provision of technology platforms, policies and processes to enable an enterprise wide, coordinated personalised engagement experience for all UQ’s key stakeholder groups. About This Opportunity
The purpose of this role will be to undertake functional testing activities for the Salesforce CRM and MA solution at UQ. The position will frequently be a major link between ITS development and Marketing & Communications to ensure the solution is developed according to ITS technical standards and governance and meet customer and business outcomes.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Co-ordinate testing activities for the project with internal / external testers
This position is located at Toowong.
Our Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this role you will need postgraduate qualifications (or at least progress towards these qualifications) and extensive relevant experience and management expertise. You will have significant experience creating text strategy, plans and summary reports as well as advanced knowledge in developing automated tests, creating well-designed and reusable test cases, performing and coordinating testing activities, systems testing, integration testing and UAT testing.
Further to this, experience in defect management and coordination with development teams is necessary as is demonstrable experience dealing effectively with users to undertake UAT testing sessions.
Previous exposure to Tools including Jira, Confluence and test management tolls such as Silk Central, Zephyr, and HP ALM will be crucial to this role.

What We Can Offer
This is a full-time, fixed term position at HEW level 8.
The full-time equivalent base salary will be in the range $100,264.90 - $112,583.95, plus super of up to 17%. The total FTE package will be in the range $117,309.93 - $131,723.22.
