An exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Student Services Officer to join the Central Clinical School within the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences on a part-time continuing basis. In this role, you will be reporting directly to the Director of Education, Professor Robyn Slattery, and will be asked to provide expertise and support to enhance the ongoing productivity of the academic programs at the school and the quality of the students’ experience at this precinct.

This position is suited to a highly motivated individual who holds a tertiary qualification in a relevant field with substantial relevant skills and work experience and/or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. Additionally, the successful candidate will ideally have highly developed computer literacy, knowledge of the operations of major universities, and quickly adapt to and learn new systems.
To be appointable into this role, you must have management experience in the University sector, familiarity with the University’s student record management system TRIM and Callista, have knowledge of the operations of a major university including committee structure, policies and practices related to student administration and possess structural and administrative knowledge of the new Doctoral Training Programmes throughout the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences.
This role is a part-time position; however, flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.
