About the role

We are now recruiting for a 12 month Brand Manager contract role to join our thriving, high performing Marketing team in our new office in the Sydney City CBD.

You will drive and strategically manage the regional development of world-class Australian wine brands with a long-term vision, whilst also ensuring the delivery of short, medium and long-term brand equity, market share and profitability via the production of brand and business plans.

This role offers great flexibility options to work from home.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive the development of annual regional brand and integrated activity plans for Australia and New Zealand
  • Contribute to the development of Global brand strategies
  • Provide efficient management of brand A&P budgets and reconciliation of accounts
  • Develop strong regional activation plans aligned to global strategies
  • Assist in setting market and channel strategy guidelines (distribution targets by tier/varietal/price point/channel)
  • Communicate and present brand standards, strategy and marketing programs to key stakeholders
  • Provide monthly brand performance reviews, tracking and reporting
  • Measurement and evaluation of key brand activities
  • New Product Development (NPD), including supporting category rationale and sell in tools
  • Support commercialisation of NPDs and existing range
  • Communicate and manage allocations strategy
  • Website content management and maintenance/administration

What you’ll bring:

  • Drive the development of annual regional brand and integrated activity plans for Australia and New Zealand
  • Degree qualified in Marketing or Business-related subject.
  • Five years FMCG/Liquor Industry Marketing experience (experience in a wine related capacity an advantage)
  • Strong presentation and engagement skills
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Wine knowledge or passionate about wines desirable!
