About the Role
Provide specialist emergency medical care to patients presenting to the Emergency and Trauma Centre.
Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital (RBWH) and throughput the RBWH as required by the Director of Emergency Medicine.
Provide teaching to trainees in Emergency Medicine and to residents, interns, medical students and nursing staff in the Emergency and Trauma Centre through both formal and ad hoc teaching.
An opportunity exists to contribute to the DEMT role which is a shared portfolio within the department.
Undertake appropriate research on any relevant aspect of Emergency Medicine, with a focus on multidisciplinary involvement and collaboration with other clinicians internal/external to RBWH.
