Assistant Brand Manager| Bras N Things | Alexandria

We are recruiting for an Assistant Brand Manager role within the Bras N Things (BNT) Marketing team. An integral part of the team, the Assistant Brand Manager role is to work collaboratively with the Head of Marketing to deliver the Bras N Things marketing and campaign plan for Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and LA. Key responsibilities include managing end to end campaigns across all regions, management of campaign and social shoots, calendar management, budget management, driving sustainability within the team, packaging development amongst many other awesome things!

Major responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Being the custodian of the brand by ensuring the brand positioning is executed across all consumer touch points, including advertising, promotions, PR, online (owned, earned, paid), sponsorships, EDM's in store, and packaging.
Executing major brand communications across all consumer touch points.
Communications / media briefing, management, implementation, and review.
Plan, Manage and execute campaigns end to end.
Review and action packaging

What experience do I have?

Brand/Marketing experience of 2+ years (retail or agency preferred due to the pace)
Expertise in managing the full campaign development cycle from strategic development, through to implementation and evaluation of outcomes
Creative marketing comms experience – experience working with agencies and briefing campaigns
Previous work on campaign/creative shoots
Highly organised, strong executer and adept at multi-tasking
Proactive with a high attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Engaging communicator who can work up and down the business, in cross functional teams, and with agencies
Commercially aware and a creative thinker, aware of trends & best in class advertising
