Our customer is a global leader in the SI / Services space with customers across enterprise BFSI . They enjoy a longstanding relationship with two major insurance brands based in Sydney and are currently delivering a range of projects/ managed services across applications, infrastrucuture and transformation initiatives.
As part of their growth strategy, they want to bring on another Senior Sales Leader to take over the account management and business development of 2 key Insurance accounts, leveraging existing relationships, building new executive relationships, and ultimately increasing the revenue from within the accounts. Current revenues sit at $4m and $1m with intention to grow significantly.
They want a sales leader who is able to build strong relationships within the organisations but is also comfortable working with the clients to respond to RFx.
Relationships within the insurance sector will be a distinct advantage. Knowledge of claims/ policy domains within the insurance industry will be advantageous. If you have experience with Guidewire that would also be advantegous.

An extremely attractive salary package of $220k is on offer for the right candidate with an OTE of $400k.
Skills and experience required to be suitable for the role:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline
10 years + of related business and sales management experience along with a proven track record of success in enterprise technology sales
Demonstrated experience and understanding of selling enterprise solutions, application software to both technology and business decision makers.
Thrives in a robust sales management culture with a weekly commitment and monthly outlook processes. Demonstrated sales leadership with metrics of funnel sufficiency, linearity, and forecasting accuracy.
Manage the sales process and develop a strategic roadmap which aligns customer needs, issues, opportunities with industry best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including establishing credibility and trust with partners and building influential relationships with the stakeholders across the various Insurance business units.
