We are seeking an all rounder interested in marketing, social media and influencers/affiliates to help us launch a global program! There is no prior experience needed, just a driven hustle attitude. We will train you in the rest.

You will sit in the growth team and help to build and implement our global affiliate program. The aim of this program is to research, recruit, onboard and track the influencers (think Youtube, Tiktok, Podcasters etc) that we partner with globally. You will help us design this program with the product and engineering team and think of ways in which we can automate and optimise the program. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop content and collateral for the affiliate program and ensure that we track overall program performance and evaluate individual partnerships, including implementing tracking tools and systems to accurately measure ROI and conversion rate.
Team structure and how we work together:
We currently have 50 employees in Simply Wall St. You will work within the Growth squad, directly reporting into the Senior Growth Lead and work alongside both product and data teams. We work in an agile environment and follow OKRs as our goal setting and alignment framework.
