Who we are
Canberra Girls Grammar School (CGGS) is an independent non-selective Anglican school with an
enrolment of approximately 1,200 students. The School has a strong reputation as a leader in the

The School is looking for a passionate and professional Information Technology teacher for Years 7 to
12. This is a full time or part time, ongoing position to commence 24 January 2022. Knowledge of the
Australian Curriculum and BSSS would be highly regarded.
Appropriate academic qualifications and teacher training, as well as a sound understanding of current
educational trends and learning styles are required.
All teaching staff members are expected to take part in the whole life of the School including
participation in pastoral care and involvement in co-curricular School activities.
Eligibility for registration with the ACT Teacher Quality Institute which includes a Working with
Vulnerable People check are conditions of employment. A current first aid certificate is desirable.
