About the role:
We are looking for a talented customer service representative to join our busy inbound contact centre. Working on the front line over the phone, you will be the voice of KinCare and responsible for ensuring each customer's experience is of the highest quality. You'll be required to direct calls and assist customers with their queries ranging from service times, general questions and any other ad-hoc request that comes in. Our office is based in Northbridge but we can also offer some work from home options.
This role is an initial 12 month contract, with potential to extend or go permanent.
As our call centre supports customers all around Australia, we are looking for people who are able to start at 6am Mon-Fri (finish around 2:30pm).
What else you can expect:
You will be empathetic, and solutions focussed, with impeccable customer service skills. Due to the nature of this role, experience working in a call centre environment will be ideal, as will a team focussed attitude. Additionally, you will be a fantastic communicator, with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to work to strict deadlines.
You’ll work well under pressure while also maintaining a calm demeanour. Call centre experience isn’t necessary but you’ll need exceptional computer skills & ideally experience using multiple programs.
