We are seeking a skilled educationist to take on the role of Educational Quality Specialist and will be responsible for the review and quality management of the instructional design team learning solutions, for allocated projects within the Learning Design and Innovation unit. In this role you will operate with a high degree of responsibility and autonomy to ensure that all content produced is high quality, compliant, and produced within set timelines.
The Educational Quality Specialist will also:
communicate and collaborates with relevant staff at various levels of the organisation to ensure a coordinated, effective, and efficient approach; and
build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet the training and educational needs of a diverse range of clients.
This position reports to the Instructional Design Leader and works closely with the Instructional Designers and project teams across a broad portfolio of learning design and development projects.
Whilst the position is based at Croydon campus, we will also provide flexible working from home options.

You will also need to demonstrate:
Relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training and experience
Sound understanding of learning design principles, practices, curriculum and assessment development, resource development and production, as well as current and future trends in digital learning.
Experience in the high-level design and development of course content
Understanding of relevant teaching/learning tools to enhance content development and learning experiences
