We are looking for a Brand Manager- Snacking to join our Marketing team in Australia. As a Brand Manager – Snacking you will lead and execute the development and implementation of the Snacking portfolio strategy within Ice Cream including key brands including Golden Gaytime & Cornetto to achieve long and short-term business goals.

Job Summary

  • Co-leads the category and brand/s vision with marketing manager in working with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Leads the development of the Brand Marketing Plans by identifying the brand’s key issues and opportunities using consumer knowledge & understanding, drive brand growth and business performance by leveraging global best practice and learnings

  • Leads the execution of the integrated activity schedule. Devotes attention to ensuring consistency across the Brand Key Vision and developing overall communication strategy across Snacking portfolio. Responsible for leading and deliver key elements of the implementation of brand marketing initiatives including working with agency partners

  • Project managing multiple innovation initiatives consecutively and ensuring OTIF delivery across NPD Agenda, with ability to support across global brand projects

  • Works with relevant stakeholders to develop and launch NPD artworks with consumer insights at the core of development

  • Creates and executes agency briefs for, POS material production (aligned with Brand visuals), Media plans (including Digital), PR.

  • Leads new project execution plans across Australia and New Zealand, working closely with key agencies, customer development teams and relevant global teams

  • Builds productive working relationships with customer development, CMI, global category team, finance and supply chain to manage the brand’s day-to-day operations and key annual activities including: Point of Sale for IC category, Range reviews, Innovation reviews

  • Works cohesively with the broader Streets marketing team

What will you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing is preferable

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing effective and integrated Brand Marketing Plan, leveraging global framework and executing brilliant breakthrough activation in market

  • Customer marketing interface experience

  • Project and budget management experience
