About the team
The Regional and Outer Metropolitan division is focused on understanding the particular needs of regional communities across NSW and delivering customer-centred integrated transport services and infrastructure.
Right now, we have multiple Fixed Term Full Time opportunities for Traffic Emergency Patrollers to join us in the Customer Journey Management Branch. The position is based at various locations within Greater Sydney.
The Traffic Emergency Patroller patrols major road routes and responds to unplanned incidents with the aim of returning the road to normal operating conditions with the utmost urgency. This is achieved by providing initial traffic control, reporting incidents, assisting motorists and keeping the roadway free of minor obstructions.

You must be available and willing to work rotating shifts including shift work, late nights, early mornings, weekends and public holidays. Extended hours may be necessary at short notice.

Salary and Benefits
